During MFW15 you’ll sleep at Bastion Hotel Bussum-Hilversum or Tulip Inn Hilversum.
Tulip Inn is within walking distance of the Media Park. The Bastion Hotel is easy to reach by train (Station Bussum Zuid – only one stop away from the Media Park). You will share a hotel room with another participant. Distribution of the keys will take place on monday morning at registrationdesk at the Institute for Sound & Vision.

Check out
Thursday, April 23rd you should check out between 07.00 and 08.30 am at the hotel. Do this in time, because the program starts promptly at 9:00 am on thursday, like it does every day. You can leave your baggage this morning at the registration desk in studio 4. After the final presentations, you find your baggage in the Institute for Sound & Vision where it is stored.
